Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
The invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup.
Products that have been used will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Returns or Exchanges Will Be Accepted Only If:
The product is damaged or you received the wrong item.
The product was not sealed properly at the time of delivery.
The product is expired on arrival.
If your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address and share the expected pickup date.
Replacements will be delivered within 5-7 business days after pickup.

Order Cancellation
