Rooted in a proud agricultural heritage, our founder champions the use of wild-crafted, chemical-free oils, drawing inspiration from Nammazhvar, the pioneer of India’s organic farming movement.
At Sekkadi, we extract our oils the traditional way—using a wooden cold-press machine (Marachekku or Kachi Ghani)—to ensure maximum retention of nutrients and natural aroma. We take it a step further by avoiding mechanical filtration. Instead, we use natural sedimentation and cloth filtration, preserving essential nutrients like Vitamin D and maintaining the oil’s rich, authentic quality.
